Cinnamonitrile description

Cinnamonitrile is a very good synthetic fragrance. Its aroma is very similar to that of natural cinnamon. It has a strong pungent floral fragrance. It has high strength, stable performance, good durability and no irritation or allergy to the skin, especially when used in alkaline medium. Cinnamonitrile is widely used as perfume. However, cinnamonitrile is unstable in air, easily oxidized and discolored, and even more unstable under the action of hot alkali. Cinnamonitrile has a similar aroma to cinnamaldehyde, but is very stable. It is stable to light, heat, acid and alkali. It does not oxidize and discolor. It can keep the original aroma and color. It is an excellent substitute for cinnamaldehyde.
