Lactobacillus bulgaricus product description

Lactobacillus in Bulgarian yoghurt belongs to Lactobacillus in classification. Because of its origin, microbial characteristics, excellent efficiency and other characteristics, it is named Lactobacillus delbrueckii subspecies bulgaricus (hereinafter referred to as Lactobacillus bulgaricus) by microbiologists. Lactic acid bacteria is the general name of a group of bacteria, including Lactococcus, Pediococcus, leucococcus, Lactobacillus (represented by Lactobacillus bulgaricus) and Bifidobacterium. They have a common ability, that is, they can ferment sugar to obtain energy and produce a large amount of lactic acid.
